Executive Team

William L. Conti, CEO and Chairman of the Board. William L. Conti is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of WWC. Mr. Conti is an attorney at law in San Marcos, California who founded WWC after six years of transactional experience in the prepaid card industry. Mr. Conti received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1980 at California State University Northridge and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1983 at California Western School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney since 1984 and opened his own successful law office in 1987. Mr. Conti practices in the areas of civil litigation of business and real estate matters, corporate formation, transactional documents, telecommunications law, and entertainment law. He has represented clients in over 100 jury and bench trials and 15 appeals in both State and Federal Courts. His experience includes service as In-house counsel to Nevada Signs, Inc. and Alliance Communications Technologies, Inc., Special Litigation Counsel to University Medical Products (USA), and Founder, Director and in-house counsel to Clearfax.com.

Michael Rejbeni, Chief Compliance Officer and Director. Michael Rejbeni is the Chief Compliance Officer at WWC and a member of the Board of Directors. Michael has served as the Chief Operating Officer of TransCard and brings a strong background of knowledge and experience to the Board related to all Visa/MasterCard security and program compliance issues. Michael has also previously served as the Vice President of Operations for nFinanSe. He was the President/COO of Hispanic Communications. Before entering the prepaid industry, Michael was in the telecommunications industry where he held senior operating positions with USLEC, MCI, TresCom International and WorldCom LDDS. Combined, he has more than 15 years of experience. Michael has sat on the security advisory committee for Discover Prepaid Card and has been involved with MasterCard in multiple committees such as security and fraud prevention. Michael has a BS in Business and marketing from the University of Miami.

Bradley Townsend, Director of Finance. Bradley Townsend has been recently appointed as a Director in charge of Finance for WWC. In this capacity, Mr. Townsend is responsible for advising the Board on issues relating to finance, treasury, risk management, operations and human resources functions. Mr. Townsend brings more than 15 years of strategic management and fiscal responsibility to the WWC Board. He has recently served as Chief Financial Officer at TransCard, LLC. and at Advanced Interactive Systems. He has also held senior financial roles at SafeNet, VectorSGI, Network Associates (McAfee Security) and Delta Air Lines. Mr. Townsend has played a leading role in numerous merger and acquisition activities and has been instrumental in growing the companies and expanding market share. Mr. Townsend has an MBA in finance and accounting from Emory University and a BBA in corporate finance from the University of Georgia.

Michael Sawka, CTO and Director. Mr. Sawka is the Chief Technical Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of WWC. Mr. Sawka is also the Chief Executive Officer of Regents Marketing Associates, Inc. (RAM) and the creator of the Coupon and Rewards Redemption program that is being integrated into the World Wide Banque Carte™.



Nicole C. Conti, Senior Project Manager. Nicole is the Senior Project Administrator and Systems Manager at WWC. Nicole graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Global Studies. Nicole has worked as a litigation assistant and project coordinator. She is fluent in Italian and English and has mastered all aspects of the MMS processing platform. She is responsible for all program reporting and monitoring.
