PROGRAMS:
1. The World Wide Banque Carte™ Retail Program

This is the
current approved retail program through University National
Bank of the World Wide Banque Carte™. WWC has completed its
first run of inventory for “j-hook store hangs”, which will be
placed in various retail outlets for sale to the general
public. These cards are “instant issue cards” that are
purchased at the point of sale and activated by the customer
either by telephone or over the internet. The card is a
reloadable at any MoneyGram or Western Union store across the
Country, through direct deposit of a payroll check through a
customer’s employer, or by a direct account to card transfer.
The card allows a daily load limit of $2,500.00 per day
and a maximum load limit of $9,999.00. The card has the most
competitive transaction fees in the market today, and does not
charge fees typically charged by other prepaid cards,
including no activation fees.
Coupon Redemption and Rewards Feature: As noted, this feature
is in the implementation stage and is projected to be in
operation by December, 2010. WWC is in the process
of integrating major manufacturers (i.e., Proctor and Gamble,
General Mills, etc) existing coupon data base with the RAM
redemption platform, as well as major grocery store chains
existing “rewards” based programs and local merchant
discounts. Once integrated, the card will deliver to the
Customer with a single swipe both the coupon/rewards
redemption and
the payment vehicle for the transaction. The customer will
automatically receive any manufacturer coupon on the system,
any reward from a retailer on the system (such as Ralph’s
member rewards, etc.) and any localized discounts from
merchants on the system at the point of sale. RAM will
thereafter handle the redemption of the coupon between the
manufacturer and the retailer electronically without the
expense and hassle of manual redemption, thus streamlining the
entire process on all levels.
This value added benefit to the World Wide Banque Carte™ will
expand the reach of existing coupon and rewards programs in
general. Manufacturers, retailers and Merchants will
continue to advertise their discounts through channels such as
newspaper advertisements, special flyers, discount coupon
books, etc. The customer is no longer required to present
the coupon or redemption certificate to the merchant at the
point of sale. These discounts are delivered by simply swiping
the card, thus resulting in a savings each time the
customer uses the card.
Sales and Distribution: Each Merchant participating as a
retailer of the World Wide Banque Carte™ is provided with a
unique program identifier code through the Program
Processor in order to track sales and distribution of cards
within their exclusive sub-bin. The card is displayed at the
Merchant location through a “J-hook” hanger that displays
the card itself to the customer. The recommended retail
purchase price for the card is $14.95 for the single card
instant issue which is issued to the customer at the point of
sale. The customer simply takes the package to the clerk, pays
the fee for the card, and receives the card from the clerk.
The merchant also will have the option of loading an
initial value to the card of up to $750.00 if the customer
desires. The existing “point of sale” equipment can be used to
“swipe the card”, load an initial amount on the card, and
to then hand the card to the customer for immediate use.
Once the customer receives the card, they are able to use the
card instantly up to the loaded value on the card. In order to
re-load the card, the customer is required to
register the card through the WWC website or over the
telephone using an 800 number. Once registered, the card can
be used indefinitely and reloaded as many times as the
customer
wants, up to the maximum limits of the card. The customer also
has an option to upgrade to a personalized card on the website
or to obtain an additional card for the same account
for an additional cost of $5.00 which is delivered by mail to
the customer.
Monthly Residual Fee (“MRF”): The merchant will also receive
at the end of each Month following the activation month $1.00
for each card that remains active in the prior
month (the “Monthly Residual Fee”). These funds are
electronically deposited at the end of each calendar month for
the preceding months MRF. As the Merchant’s base of customer
accounts increases, the MRF likewise increases to the
merchant. A customer base of 1,000 customers (a number well
within the reach of most merchants in a short period of time)
will generate $1,000.00 per month for the merchant.
2. The Via Vegas Program

WWC has developed a specialized program for implementation in
the Las Vegas market using its World Wide Banque Carte™ with a
different image on the card as illustrated. This
unique program is designed to establish a base of merchants
(including those who are currently offering a variety of
discounts to prospective patrons) to simply make their
existing discounts available to all Via Vegas customers by
uploading their unique discount offering into the RAM platform
for fulfillment at the point of sale whenever the World
Wide Banque Carte™ is used for payment. Each participating
Merchant will re-sell the World Wide Banque Carte™ on a retail
basis data base at their business location through “store
hangs” which provide the merchant with a profit from the card
sale itself, and the opportunity to create their own revenue
stream from the use of active cards they have sold
through monthly residual payments. The specialized version of
the World Wide Banque Carte™ will also be marketed through
other direct marketing methods directly to customers
through a variety of methods, including casino giveaways,
travel agent promotions, internet sales, and other methods to
be determined.
Coupon Redemption and Rewards: The Via Vegas Program will
share not only in the same coupons and rewards available on
the World Wide Banque Carte™, but will also have
Merchant offers unique to Las Vegas. Most merchants in the Las
Vegas area offer some form of discounts or rewards to
tourists. The offers are advertised through a variety of
channels such as newspaper advertisements, special flyers,
discount coupon books, etc. Typically, the customer is
required to present the coupon or redemption certificate to
the
merchant at the point of sale. These same offers will be
uploaded into the RAM system and redeemed at the point of sale
by simply swiping the card.
Sales and Distribution: Each merchant participating as a
retailer of the World Wide Banque Carte™ is provided with a
unique program identifier code through the Program
Processor in order to track sales and distribution of cards
within their exclusive sub-bin. The card is displayed at the
Merchant location through a “J-hook” hanger that displays

customer
wants, up to the maximum limits of the card. The customer also
has an option to upgrade to a personalized card on the website
or to obtain an additional card for the same account
for an additional cost of $5.00 which is delivered by mail to
the customer.
Monthly Residual Fee (“MRF”): The merchant will also receive
at the end of each Month following the activation month $1.00
for each card that remains active in the prior

electronically deposited at the end of each calendar month for

accounts increases, the MRF likewise increases to the
merchant. A customer base of 1,000 customers (a number well
within the reach of most merchants in a short period of time)
will generate $1,000.00 per month for the merchant.
Las Vegas presents a unique opportunity due to the volume of
tourism as a major vacation destination location. Over
37,000,000 people visited Las Vegas last year alone, spending
in excess of $36,000,000,000.00. The Via Vegas version of the
World Wide Banque Carte™ is not only visually appealing on a
“souvenir” level, but offers exceptional features and
advantages to customers as a viable financial to use in
everyday use, not just on vacation. The card can be used just
as any credit card for purchases and cash withdrawals at
businesses and ATM’s worldwide or on the internet, yet there
is never any risk of exceeding a credit balance as the
spending limit is set by the amount loaded to the card. There
are no finance charges for purchase and no any annual fees to
pay. The use of the card promotes fiscal responsibility as all
transactions are tracked on a “real time” basis and
are available for view through the card website.
3. University Endowment Program
WWC is preparing to beta test
its initial University Endowment Program by the Fall of 2010
through a well recognized California University. The
University Endowment program is an extension of the World Wide
Banque Carte™ addressing a specific target market: colleges
and Universities and their student and alumni base. The
program is specifically designed to allow parents to fund
their student’s educational expenses by loading value to the
card throughout the school year. This allows the student to
use the card for food and living expenses without the worry of
exceeding any credit limit or incurring financing charges. The
student cannot charge beyond the limit loaded to the
card.
Coupon and Rewards. The University Endowment Program will
share in the same coupons and rewards available on the World
Wide Banque Carte™, but will also have Merchant
offers unique to the local college area where the student
attends school. These discounts and rewards will include local
food establishments (pizza, fast food, and local stores)
as well as those available on a National level. These
discounts and rewards will be uploaded and processed through
the RAM system and redeemed at the point of sale by simply
swiping the card.
Sales and Distribution. The University will become an
authorized reseller of the World Wide Banque Carte. Each
University will be provided with a unique program identifier
code in order to track sales. The University will have the
option of designing their own artwork on the card integrating
their school logo or artwork of their choice or simply
using the existing card artwork. The card will be sold on
campus (at the student bookstore or other approved locations)
for $14.95 (for a single card instant issue) or $19.95 (for
a 2 card pack – 1 instant issue and a second “personalized”
card mailed to the cardholder).
The existing “point of sale” equipment can then be used to
“swipe the card”, load an initial amount on the card, and to
then hand the card to the customer for immediate use. The
customer will then need to register the card through the WWC
website or over the telephone using an 800 number. Once
registered, the card can be used indefinitely and reloaded as
many times as the customer wants, up to the maximum limits of
the card. The customer also has an option to upgrade to a
personalized card on the website or to obtain an additional
card for the same account for an additional cost of $5.00
which is delivered by mail to the customer.
Monthly Endowment Fund. From the original sale, the University
will remit $6.00 to WWC and retain the balance of the actual
sale price. The University will also receive at
the end of each Month following the activation month $1.00 for
each card that remains active in the prior month (the “Monthly
Residual Fee”, or “MRF”). These funds will also be
electronically deposited at the end of each calendar month for
the preceding months MRF to an endowment account established
by the University. As the base of customer accounts
increases, the MRF likewise increases to the University. A
customer base of 50,000 students and/or alumni (a number well
within the reach of most Universities in a short period of
time) will generate $50,000.00 per month for the University
for use in programs of its choice.
